WEDDING MORNING

The morning of your wedding should be spent surrounded by friends and family. Matching bathrobes and mimosas in hand, you need a space that can accommodate your #BridalSquad. Don’t book yourself into a cramped hotel room or worry about travelling to a salon. Our natural light Common Room is the perfect place to get ready!

WEDDING CEREMONY
You’ve found the perfect venue for your reception, but there isn’t an ideal spot for your ceremony - especially in inclement weather. Host your ceremony in our space along our exposed brick wall or window feature wall. We can accommodate up to 75.


RENTAL INFORMATION
• Available for up to 6 hours
• Additional Hours - $100 per hour  
• Rental of space is for Common Room only
• Outside Catering is permitted 

Includes use of:
 Lounge Furniture, 4 Stools for Makeup, 8 Chairs for Hair Stylist , 2 Tables for Setup, Bar + Kitchenette for Food + Beverage, Use of Mini Fridge + Dishwasher, 12 Champagne Glasses, Water Glasses, and Mugs


RENTAL INFORMATION
• Rental period up to 12 consecutive hours + must account for: rental deliveries, set up, decor, and tear down   
• Additional Hours - $100 per hour
• Rental of space is for Common Room only
• Tables + Chairs are not included 
• Includes use of Bar for Food + Beverage 
• Outside Catering is not permitted for evening events

RENTAL INFORMATION

• Rental period is for a half-day rental to allow time for rental deliveries, set up, decor, and tear down. 
• Rental of space does not include any tables or chairs - these can be added to your event quote

Are you looking for a rain plan for your photos? Prefer to stay out of the heat during the summer months?  Perhaps you have always dreamed of an editorial style? Our space is perfect for your Bridal Party photos - your Photographer will thank you!

• Rental of space is for Common Room only
• Must be booked by Photographer.
• Additional Hours - $50 per hour

Are you looking for a private location for a meeting, workshop, or seminar? We have a modern and beautifully appointed, functional and private space, perfect for groups of up to 10 people. 

RENTAL INFORMATION

• Rental period is based on an hourly rate
• Rental of space includes use of 2 tables, 8 chairs, glass white board, easel
• Boardroom Rental is private, but is located within a public space where others may be working
